"Self portrait #1" is the artist’s one and only existing self-portrait. One must be willing to accept the painful, ugly, emotionally raw parts of one's self. The paint acts as a conduit for the release and acceptance of these skeletons that no longer dwell.

"Skillz.2" shows the alchemist suspended in his own cosmos, with four moons, and a literal stairway to heaven. The four moons are the elements of love, joy, gratitude, and awareness; an ongoing theme in the artist's work.

"The Traveler" was inspired by the state of flux and the sometimes disorienting feeling of constant travel. The traveler wears time as a shield and keeps the notion of home close by, as they continue on their perilous journey.

Jesus has always been the stereotypical hero, martyr, and symbol for humanity’s fickle and tragic ways. In this painting the artist portrays his Jesus as a man telling his father to forgive the people and their heartbreaking nature. The artist simply expresses his sadness and acknowledges the inevitable betrayals that come upon him, the people of the world.

This piece is a miasma of memory and feeling, the artist writes and mentions old friends, songs, places, phrases, and images that encapsulates the abstract environment of the mind.
